What is Mouth Guard
Mouthguard, one of the protective gears in boxing. Mouthguards are a kind of high-risk, strong confrontation sports competitions that are frequently used. The rules stipulate that boxers must use mouthguards during competitions, and the size of the mouthguards should be suitable for the participating boxers. If the boxer does not bring his own mouthguard, the host is obliged to provide it. Athletes are not allowed to intentionally spit out their mouthguards during the competition, otherwise they will be warned. If the mouthguard is knocked out, the boxing referee on the ring picks it up and takes the fighter to his own corner. After the assistant rinses it off, the boxing referee on the ring puts it on the boxer.

The rules state that the use of mouthguards is mandatory. Mouthguards should be of appropriate size, and if athletes do not bring their own mouthguards, the host is obliged to provide these athletes with mouthguards.
