Beginner Training Tutorial
Primary training is the best training method to increase wrist strength and arm strength, as well as an effective way to improve boxing strength and speed.
Wear sanda gloves or boxing gloves, and wrap the sand straps around your wrists to practice boxing fast movements. You can also do push-ups with boxing gloves and sand straps. Do three sets of 10 reps each. You can also practice without gloves. This exercise is beneficial to increase the hardness of the fist surface and improve the wrist and arm strength.
Now that life is tight, you can clench your fists when you walk, and then relax and practice repeatedly. You can also clench your fists while resting, relax, and clench hard. This workout is also helpful for increasing arm strike strength. After getting used to the above exercises, you can throw punches while running. Practitioners should not ignore this exercise.
Intermediate Training Course
Intermediate training, actually learning theory, which helps to improve your striking ability.
A boxer with underdeveloped muscles can concentrate his entire body strength in the punch to deliver a powerful punch. The secret lies in being able to concentrate on one point and exert strength in an instant, so as to defeat the opponent in one fell swoop. To deliver a powerful punch, focus on one point. It is conceivable that each punch can smash the opponent’s internal organs, break down, and have the power to destroy everything.
Practice punching with a bar or dumbbell, and practice with bandages or sand bands on your arms. Experience the essentials of action speed boxing in boxing training. Once you remove the iron rod or dumbbell, you will feel at ease when punching. Be careful not to concentrate your power on the surface when you strike, but use your mind to infiltrate the hit object and destroy it. It has the power to destroy everything.
Always have this awareness while practicing.
Advanced Training Tutorial
The source of the punching force is not from the wrist, but from the center of the body (hip). Just using the strength of the arm, the fist punched, cannot provide enough power. So, in order to deliver a powerful punch, you also need to use the hips to deliver a nice punch.
To increase the punching power rapidly, it is necessary to improve the upper body strength (but also have the correct posture and feeling of exertion). First, you can increase the bench press strength, with 60 to 70% of the maximum weight (maximum weight), and do 10 in a group. Train 5 groups at a time, and train once every other day. After practice, you need to carry barbells and deadlifts to practice squat (half squat), then carry the barbell to practice turning your waist (5 groups each), and finally punch the sandbag with gloves, the effect is very good Good, but take care to relax after training.
